I think they are both the same engine . thanks. 2000 and 2002 are the same. The cylinders are even on the left (driver) bank and odd on the right. 1 and 2 are the front two cylinders. The firing order is 1-2-7-3-4-5-6-8, IIRC. It's the same for all years of the 7.3 powerstroke.
